All Sales Are Final

At Chlo J Beauty Shop LLC, we have a no refund policy. Once an order has been placed, it is final and may not be refunded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

Returns and Exchanges

No returns or exchanges can be offered. All sales are final. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may be eligible for store credit. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please email us at chlojbeautyshop@gmail.com.

Store Credit

In cases where a product is defective or damaged, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to issue store credit. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 714 Swallow Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34759.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Received Items

If you return an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Credit Card Authorization

Your credit card will be pre-authorized as a pending charge when the order is placed. This pending charge will convert into an actual charge once the order has shipped.
